Job Overview:
As an Account Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts and working closely with our clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions to meet and exceed their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development:
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the designated territory or industry segment.
- Develop and execute strategies to secure new clients and expand our customer base.
- Account Management:
- Manage and cultivate relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and inquiries.
- Solution Selling:
- Understand the full range of our products and services and effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Collaborate with technical and support teams to customize solutions to meet client requirements.
- Sales Targets:
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals within your assigned territory.
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
- Market Intelligence:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
- Provide insights and feedback to the company on market dynamics and competitive landscape.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts using our CRM system.
- Generate regular reports for management and provide updates on progress.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in SAAS or Marketing.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position with flexibility in work arrangements.
- Travel is required as needed within the assigned territory.
- Competitive compensation package with performance-based incentives.

Compensation:
- Salary Range: $60,000 to $180,000 (based on experience and qualifications).
- Bonus Pay: Bonus pay structure based on performance and achievement of milestones.
